What can I expect in my shipment?

If you join prior to the 15th on a given month, you can expect your first order to arrive before the 15th of the following month. If you join prior to the 30th of a given month but after the 15th, you can expect your first order to arrive before the 30th of the following month. Your subsequent orders will arrive at a similar time each month following.

What if I want to change styles?

Simply email us at info@cottonclubcanada.ca with your request.

What happens when I move?

Please email info@cottonclubcanada with your new address and moving date.

How do I pause, or un-pause my subscription?

Simply send an email to info@cottonclubcanada.ca with your request and it will be paused/unpaused within 3-5 business days and you will receive a confirmation reply.

What if I want to buy this as a gift for, say…my father…who hasn’t bought underwear in 8 years? Or, my dead beat boyfriend who has gaping holes in his underwear… because he wears them to hockey every Monday night?

At check out, when asked, “is this your shipping address?” Click no, and input the address you would like it shipped to.

Is there a fee to join?

This is a monthly subscription service, there is no fee to join, the monthly subscription cost is $30.00 per month, plus shipping, and applicable taxes.

Can I customize my subscription payment schedule?

Yes you can! If you would like to customize your payment schedule (i.e. 2 months on, one off, or end after 6 months), please let us know in the order notes upon checkout.
